Thank you for shopping with Pristine Lens. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt).

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Opened or used cleaning products, cloths, or lens kits (for hygiene and safety reasons)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@pristinelens.shop with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return authorization and detailed shipping instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

3. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid by us) will be deducted from your refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@pristinelens.shopand include photos of the defect or damage.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank—there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
